Silver mountain

Silver mountains are the distant snow tipped peaks of Snowdonia.
The mountains are a constant source of inspiration and pleasure. Light shimmers on the mountain side as mist rolls up from the valleys. Shafts of light intertwine with ever changing hues. And then, in the briefest moment of time, blankets of grey can rise and merge with a new palette of colour.The wind blows, and a new blank canvas
appears, and whole sequence starts again.

In the silver mountain range we start with a process of forging and fusing
silver and gold with the molten glass in a constant flow of movement and stress. As the wind blows around the peaks, cool airs blow through the studio providing the catalyst to capture a new vision, and the process is complete.These physical forces are a intrinsic element in creating the infinite designs that make each piece unique. Just like our visions of the mountains themselves.
